Inspiring Conversations on Maternal Mental Health & Matrescence
My own journey through severe postnatal depression has shaped not only my career, but also my passion for creating open, honest conversations about the realities of motherhood and mental health.
I’m an experienced public speaker, having delivered keynote talks at national conferences, contributed to NHS service-development workshops, and spoken on major platforms including ITV’s This Morning, BBC Radio 4 and in the national press. I’ve also had the honour of meeting HRH The Princess of Wales to discuss maternal mental health, highlighting the importance of giving this subject the recognition it deserves.
As a proud member of The Speakers Collective - a network of speakers committed to driving positive social change, I use my platform to encourage open dialogue around mental health, identity and the family journey.
