How We Work Together
Every mother’s experience is unique. In our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and create a plan that fits your circumstances. You’ll receive guidance, tools and therapeutic techniques that meet you exactly where you are, with the flexibility to adapt as your journey unfolds
Session length: 60 minutes
Cost per session: Weekdays (10:00-17:00) £80 Evening (after 17:00) £95
Sessions are held on zoom - allowing you flexibility should you not be able to arrange childcare and utilising the comfort of your own environment.
